The problem

Distribution and last-mile delivery is a coordination problem. Orders come from many channels โ€” Shopify, WooCommerce, direct API, an ERP export, a WhatsApp message from the boss. Vehicles have limited capacity, drivers have limited hours, customers want a delivery window narrower than "today".

Without a purpose-built system, most operators lose money on inefficient routes, redeliveries and customer complaints. And there's no evidence when things go wrong.

What Netlynk provides

  • Order management: API, CSV upload, web form intake
  • Route optimization (VRP): shortest routes across multi-stop manifests
  • Driver app: manifest, turn-by-turn nav, barcode/QR scan, signature and photo capture
  • Proof of Delivery: timestamped, geotagged, stored per order
  • Public tracking page for the end customer ("your parcel arrives 14:00 to 15:00")
  • Multi-channel notifications: SMS, email, WhatsApp on each stage
  • Cash-on-Delivery collection tracking and driver reconciliation
  • Warehouse and hub interface: sorting, load planning
  • E-commerce integrations: Shopify, WooCommerce, ERPs push orders directly

How it looks in practice

A Shopify order lands in the dispatch queue automatically. The route optimizer batches it with 30 other stops into three optimized routes across three vans. Drivers get the manifest on their phone, navigate turn-by-turn, scan each parcel on delivery, capture a signature and a photo, and Netlynk sends the customer a "delivered" SMS with the photo attached.

Nothing is manual after the order lands. Nothing is undocumented.

Typical outcome

Deliveries per driver per shift go up 20 to 30% from route optimization alone. Customer complaints drop because every stop is provable. Failed delivery loops shrink because the customer knows the arrival window and is there.
